Account and Data Deletion

Users can request deletion of account-linked data by contacting support.

How to request deletion

  1. Email support@modisa-siza.co.za using the same email/phone linked to your app account.
  2. Include learner code and school name for verification.
  3. Use subject line: Data Deletion Request.

Processing time

Requests are reviewed and processed within 30 days, subject to legal/school record retention requirements.

What is deleted

Profile-linked app data and communication records where permitted by policy and law.

What may be retained

Records required for compliance, fraud prevention, or school governance obligations.
