  • Learner profile data supplied by authorised school records
  • School, grade, class, and teacher assignment information
  • Attendance, notices, timetable, and learner support records
  • Operational usage data for service reliability

  • To provide the school communication service
  • To secure access and apply role-based permissions
  • To support issue resolution and platform continuity

4. Where data is stored

Data is stored in secured cloud infrastructure used for delivering and maintaining the platform.

5. Sharing

  • Shared only with authorised school staff based on approved roles
  • Shared with required service providers for platform operations
